Your health journey is unique so why settle for a one-size-fits-all approach? Make Your Move towards optimal wellbeing with this updated 6-week challenge, tailored to help you discover your own path to health. With effective goal-setting strategies, mindfulness tips, and stimulating activity prompts, this challenge offers a holistic approach that prioritizes a fulfilling and balanced lifestyle.

  • 1,000 points for logging daily movement  (max 7,000/week)
  • 1,000 points per wellbeing task completed (max 5,000/ week)
  • 1,000 points per photo shared (max 2,000/week)
  • 1,000 points for challenge comment wall post  (max 1,000/ week)

Log at least 7,000 pts/week; 28,000 pts total points total by the end of the six weeks to earn credit in your Annual Incentive Campaign.

Prizes 

  • Earn points in your Annual Incentive Campaign for completion:
    • 50 points per Featured Challenge (maximum 200)
    • 25 points per Focused Challenge (maximum 150)
  • Participation in the Featured 4 week challenges will place you in a drawing for your choice of prizes! Three winners chosen at random for each challenge.
